Conflating legal home growing - in Colorado it’s only 3 flowering plants - with commercial grow of hundreds of plants is total bullshit, there is no connection.
You can see which “advocates” are on the dole of John Boehner and Goldman Sachs - the ones who are trying to stop home growing. We are in Cannabis Reconstruction. So many people looking to sell us down the river…
In Missouri for commercial growing its 2800 flowering for a indoor facility. No veg limit. 2800 flowering for greenhouse with artificial light/natural light if the green house is larger then 30,000 sq ft…if the greenhouse is 30000 sq ft or less there is not limit. Outdoor culivation facility’s are 2800 flower no veg limit. For home grow its 6 flowering, 6 veg under 14 inches. Talk about a disconnect. How can anyone produce enough of their own without having to go buy from a dispensary?
Edit: in fact commercially there will be 168,000 flowering plants per district from the 24 licensed cultivation facilitys. Talk about a flood of medical marijuana.
Never mind any sort of variety without constantly starting new seeds. At the absolute bare minimum males should not count towards plant limits
I found a job at a cultivation facility already. I start in december. Head grower!

I’ll still be asking for advice from growers here on OG. These people trust me, they’re doing this with their own money too… But were starting from the ground up. We’ve got a property already under construction. But I told them we need 20 acres plus. Found a property I can lease for 10 years 1,000$ a year.

if I understand correctly it’s still illegal to grow a few plants but they can only give you civil ticket for it - won’t matter for most people…love the photo they used to express weed legalization! it gets the point across.
