1. General Use

  • Personal Use Only: Access to Overgrow.com is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use. For commercial opportunities, contact @admins.
  • Single Account: Each individual or business is allowed one account. Multiple accounts will result in deletion of the extras and potential banning.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • No Politics: Discussions on politics are not allowed to avoid divisiveness.
  • No Commercial Use: Non-sponsor commercial activities, including advertising, selling, and soliciting, are prohibited. Only sponsors may post promotions in the Sponsored section.
  • Final Product Sales: Any discussion, demand, offer, or sale of final cannabis-related products is strictly prohibited. However, there are two exceptions to this rule if your jurisdiction legally permits the following items to be traded:
    • Medical cannabis seeds
    • Medical cannabis clones or seedlings
  • Classifieds: The Trading Post section is for personal use only. Commercial listings are not allowed unless you are a sponsor.
  • No Hate or Harassment: Trolling, harassment, and derogatory comments, including political attacks, are forbidden. Publishing private information without consent is not allowed.

  • Ownership: Content you submit belongs to you. However, by posting in public sections, you grant Overgrow.com a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

  • Respect: Treat other users with courtesy. Do not express personal vendettas or name others in disagreements.
  • Contributing Guidelines: Contributions should be constructive, relevant, and respectful. Posts should add value to the discussion.

4. Moderation

  • Final Authority: Moderators have the right to remove, edit, or reject posts not aligned with these Terms. Moderator decisions are final.
  • Flagging System: Users can flag content that violates the ToS. However, provocative discussions may be allowed if they do not breach these rules.
  • Reporting: If you encounter content or behavior that violates our ToS, please report it using the flagging system. Appeals against moderation decisions can be submitted to @admins.

5. Account Removal

Enforcement Guidelines

To uphold our community standards, moderators may apply the following actions based on the severity of the violation:

  1. Correction

    • Impact: Minor issues like inappropriate language or unwelcoming behavior.
    • Consequence: A private warning with an explanation of the violation. A public apology may be requested.

  2. Warning

    • Impact: A single violation or series of actions.
    • Consequence: A warning with terms for continued behavior. No interaction with involved parties for a set period. Violations may lead to a temporary or permanent ban.

  3. Temporary Suspension

    • Impact: Serious violation of community standards.
    • Consequence: Temporary suspension from the community. No interaction with involved parties during this period. Further violations may lead to a permanent ban.

  4. Permanent Suspension

    • Impact: Repeated violations, harassment, or aggression.
    • Consequence: Permanent ban from the community.

Moderation Transparency: Both temporary and permanent suspensions are publicly visible on the user’s profile, along with the reason for the suspension.
