I’m in Lawrence, Kansas. We got 7ish inches. Just east of us got over 9.
The winds were crazy and the snow was blowing everywhere. My hoop houses are half buried. Lol
We talked about it, but it was way too windy. It probably wouldn’t have fallen if it wasn’t, and we would have been in a nice warm tub while it’s whiteout snowing.
How do you like that tub?
Does it take very long to warm the water, and will it stay hot all the time so it can be used when needed without waiting for it to heat?
Yeah we do!
Had a few gnarly squalls in the last 36 hours also.
Ugh…I gotta get back out and push some snow again in like 5 hours. I really should be sleeping right now, lol.
I love the tub. It’s no fiberglass one, but for 299 bucks it’s a steal. It does take about an hour to go up 3-5 °F. So you do have to wait awhile if the water is real cold. But I keep it at about 92 and then earlier that day I turn it up.
Cool, can you get in and out without sitting on the side, or do you swing a leg over and sit as you swing the other in? I have bad legs and I am a big guy 250lbs . Tall.
we got hit with a lil over a foot here in Western Mass,I love it . Winters my favorite time of the year .It seems like winters are way softer these days .I remember in the 80s and 90s we d constantly have snow . I really miss them days .You can barely ice fish these days because of the warm winters it sux.
