Ok, so I needed a couple Blue Moon Rocks seeds so I took the Grove bag with the fem plant and dumped it out and than put the buds back in the bag. I ended up with 80 seeds without breaking up one bud, lol.

I’m trying to learn the correct nomenclature and don’t really know what to search for. For plant breeding, does “f2” mean second generation from a feminized plant (that produced a few seeds)? I don’t expect to get into breeding, but I’d like to know more about the topic. Can anybody point me to a resource that defines some of the terms involved?

Not a botanist, but from my understanding, “Fx” are in reference to typical male/ female breeding with “x” referencing what generation. I’ve always referred to a “selfed” seed production as “Sx”, selfed generation x. Don’t shoot me if I’m wrong.

@MrGreenJeans, F2 means the second filial generation. The the original(F1) was crossed with itself.
