A beaver, huh? That’s wild. I would been freaking out about how to release it also! Lol. This reminds me of a fishing story of my own…
One time out catfishing at night, I lost a pole to a fish(mostly due to drunken negligence), and managed to cast my second pole after it. I got the pole back, with the little channel cat still on the other end! I know, a story that’s extremely hard to believe unless you were there, lol. But I have witnesses! I was in shock.
