Just click on the 3 tiny Dots. then click the Wrench, then select Remove Wiki. Done.

No problem!
I thought the same thing at my first wiki so i did some āwiki testsā first.
Once you Remove Wiki, it goes back to a regular Post that only YOU can edit.
