I have a spreadsheet with all incoming stuff and from who so when I run something from somebody, I can thank and tag them to follow the grow if they’d like.
As for sending… I was keeping track, then I just kinda stopped. Now I only make.sure that if somebody does dib or win, I get them sent out lol

I kinda feel ya. It was a shit ton to spreadsheet with the anniversary stuff I managed somehow someway to get all ten packs out to the proper winners.
After that I said let me just keep envelopes and make sure when I am able to send. I just surprise peeps with my appreciation
