Iāve noticed at least with me, If I have a night without dreams the quality of sleep was noticeably worse than If I did dream ā¦
And that its easier to wake up 4-6 hrs into falling asleep if I aint dreaming , I should do a sleep study with docs lol

following morning, one tends to not remember much of what dreams had been lived and or experienced!!

I dreamt last night but I dont remember much of it , other than there was a Husky type dog outside my fence roaming around and my dog Lady started barking at the Husky and like dug under the fence and escaped ā¦
But Lady and the husky did not fight each other they just sniffed each others butt LOL

Iād me more concerned on how much work itās gonna be to trim and dry that plant . Probably wouldnāt get any sleep worrying about that. Lol

When I would drink I wouldnāt ever worry about waking up on time. It was like my body knew I was sobering up and immediately pop out of bed ready for more.

Staying asleep is issue with me as well. I either dream way less or I donāt remember them. Sometimes get a weird been here before feeling and remember itās part of a dream but will only remember part of the idea of the dream kinda annoying.

Yeah I can relate to that, I rarely sleep. Even when I do itās only for an hour or two at most. I dont dream very often, orā¦ if I do dream, I dont remember them much.
