I usually drink water all day. I work in the heat so I keep hydrated and drink electrolytes. I donât avoid salt at all really. My doctor thinks I may have diverticulitis, I get a pain on my side, weird bowel movements. All my symptoms match up. I think the energy drinks cause it to flare up. Im going to see a GI doc soon to confirm.
