Ok, I got to ask because I am still a bit surprised, lol. Was the actual number 1333 @greenbeans506 ? I am assuming so since you said @Pigeonman hit the nail on the head. I had guessed 1300 at a glance so that’s why I find this so interesting. I can’t believe how close I was when I guessed after a quick glance, lol.

@DougDawson 1333.3333 :rofl: I didn’t count each seed individually, just weighed 10, then weighed them all to get a rough estimate. The number that came out was 1333.3333 so I went with that for the winning #. In all actuality it’s a bit less becuase of the rice

Too cool man, I didn’t figure you counted them individually. I am just amazed I came within 33 beans, lol. Sure, others picked closer but it still kind of blows my mind. Then again, if it’s a bit less due to rice, maybe I was even closer. Awesome. Thanks again for the giveaway. It was fun. :v:

I’ll have to weigh out the rice and subtract, maybe you were bang on haha people around here definitely know their beans, lots of close guesses. I’ve done the same thing with a similar amount of seeds elsewhere and got guesses as high as 7000 (although there was no hint given on that one)

I wouldn’t waste any time picking out rice bud, I am sure everyone is happy with the numbers. I just found it really interesting to see I was so close and more so that @Pigeonman hit it exactly. The odds are pretty high on that so I was blown away. Fact is, I didn’t even post my guess. I saw no reason to lower others chances so I tend to stay out of giveaways but still love watching and making a guess for myself. Was also fun seeing folks nominating OGers , was just a fun giveaway over all really.
