A wanna be count if I remember correctly 
As we have seen in the past laws come and go in a crisis.
All that is needed is a reason and it can/will go into effect.
Think like an interruptible air conditioner service, you get locked out at peak times.
Real simple with smart meters and smart appliances of today.

I don’t know what is worse this or when my dad didn’t like me playing around the railing at Niagara falls, grabbed me by my jacket around the chest, picked me up, stuck/held me out over the railing as far as he could and started violently shaking me yelling " Is this what you want, you want to fucking fall?" I say a toss up.
