Shockingly, no. The car went down the road “straight”, brakes didn’t pull. Had no idea til I pulled the wheel to do the timing belt.
That’s was another good bad luck moment with this car. The belt let go like a mile from the house on the way to work one morning, which was obviously inconvenient. BUT, the day before I had driven the car way out on Cape Cod the day before and driven home at like 1am that day. Meaning it was only a few hours from stranding me and my wife, exhausted from a day day at the beach, on the side of the road in the middle of the night. Good bad luck haha.
