my mental made being young very difficult I just love getting old, am very active while bein very stoned I sometimes like to brag about how healthy I am

I’m 48 and some days I feel 80 and other days I feel 16. I absolutely hate the aches/pains, wrinkles and gray hair that come with aging, but I absolutely love how I feel on the inside, especially since 40. It’s funny how insecure I was when I was young, cute and 98 pounds soaking wet. At 48, I’m chubby, gray and not so cute, but I honestly feel the sexiest and the most comfortable in my skin than I ever was as a young woman. Funny that. I actually dig getting older. This has certainly been the only decade of my life where I can truly say that I love myself.
