This isn’t actually a meme, per se. It appears to be anti-weed propaganda from the 30’s (Reefer Madness was 1936).
The funny thing is, there are a lot of negative words and phrases to scare people, but then you’ve got “WEIRD ORGIES…WILD PARTIES…UNLEASHED PASSIONS!” I mean…OK! Count me in, then!!
