I pick with people by using a line from this song, whenever need arises to lighten the conversation in most situations. someone will inevitably start asking about when such and such happened or when did yâall get married? too which, I reply, âYou mean, the day the music died?â that is about all it takes, the looks, should we or shouldnât we laugh, is he aware that he will need too sleep eventually, heâs a tad slow ainât he? eventually, the conversation is very lively at our expense. the only way I get away with these things is my wife is a great sport and she knows how much I love & cherish her.
also, I hate stale, boring gatherings. sometime Iâll tell the story of meeting my wifeâs family for the first time (right after we got engaged), the evening meal was a head turning experience for all!
