Its 10:45pm for me here but its actually my morning, I just flipped onto nights and have the feeling I’m going to be pulling a 2-3 day shift.

Well I don’t know all that much about your particular taste, but I think that you tolerate jazz to some degree.
My go to, upbeat motivational music is typically 1970s pop/rock/jazz type stuff.
Like the Crusaders.
