Nice relaxing tunes with some visual appeal!
It’s not straight up music, but I found this casual interview/jam session with Mickey Melchiondo (aka Dean Ween) thoroughly entertaining.
For a full-on musical selection, today I’ve been listening to an Allman Brothers concert recording of a show I attended in 1992 (with Blues Traveler opening!). Here’s something from that same era:
Allen Woody was a super cool dude. I saw him play with ABB, Govt Mule, and a little project he put together so he could play guitar instead of bass called Blue Floyd. They played the music of Pink Floyd in a blues style. Lots of other extended Allman “family” in that band.
7 months after that performance, Woody OD’ed in a hotel room. Hard drugs are dangerous folks!
