Both parents were fast in the stretch. I think I flipped my plants at around sixteen inches and still got some bleached tips from them growing into the light. I’ve only got around four feet of usable height available, so I would say don’t wait too long to flip them

Heh. Basically just did it because it sounded like a good idea at the time, as I had multiple outstanding males and that lovely female all ready at the same time so why would I pass up such an opportunity, hehe.
