Read the wiki etiquette instructions that @Wizdom posted for you.
Add the next number in the list, a period after the number. Then a space, then @yourname. If the coast is clear, click edit.
Also, I like to wait a while after the wiki is posted and let the speedy guys get their names up. Then there is less chance of an edit conflict.
Most wiki’s are up for 24hrs.
