Anyone make their own ejuice?

Anybody had a good recipe for making ejuice from kief?

A friend came out to visit after stopping over in Washington state. He brought a 1ml tank of ejuice from a dispensary. I made an awesome stoner experience. I looked up everything I could find on YouTube and found many ways to make it from weed and from wax, but only 1 way to make it from kief.

Kief is SO easy to get with dry ice and a bubble bag, that this is the manner in which I always extract my hash (so much easier and faster than using ice water). I can get a pound of high quality cannabutter in just 20 minutes using 8 grams of kief. Very little straining to be done. I use a 25 micron pressing screen to strain the butter.

Anyway, the only method from kief I found was CannaBasics #7. I guy in the video heats up his mixture to about 180° and holds it there for 20 minutes, cools and repeats at least 2 more times, saying the more times you repeat, the better the ejuice will be. I tried it and made acceptable ejuice, but the heating method employed brings to mind the 1st technique for cannabutter I read about. They guy in that PDF file literally slow simmered the butter and weed mix (no water) for 8 - 24 hours also saying, “the longer you keep it on the heat, the stronger the butter will be”. Now I make great cannabutter in 20 minutes of heating time.

I’m betting that there are more than a couple of recipes from botanists inhabiting this site.

I tried several things on my (abandoned) quest for diy ejuice. The best for me was to use a pure terpene solvant (D-limonen) to thin out some QWIZO and hot mix it in to a vg/pg/peg400 solution. But even this mix would eventually separate and I found the taste/effects to not be worth all the effort.

There are also different grades of peg available. (Not talking about viscosity) make sure you get the best grade posible.

If you Butane extract your herb, (and successfully remove all traces of the Butane (vacuum and warmth for a few days), this wax can be mixed with Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) recommend PEG 400. And yes, absolutely food grade.

And do you know what else PEG is used for??

Yes, peg 300 or 400 plus 2000 is used in paintball fill.

yes as far as i know most products like wax liquidizer or the potion etc are all just mixtures of PG, PEG 300 and PEG 400 or something. but they charge like $30-$40 for 1oz because “it lasts a long time” lol

I think I remember that the 16oz tub of PEG up there cost less than that.

Obviously this is slightly off topic… but if any of you want advice on mixing nicotine replacement ejuice, I owned and operated a vape shop for several years before the government decided to tell us how to run our business.

PEG 400 can be sourced for much less than 30-40$ an ounce, just gotta look for it.

Some people will only look on the easy sites, fleabay amazo etc. Look for bulk suppliers, most are more than willing to sell smaller amounts if you act like a business consumer instead of a typical degenerate they have to deal with lol.

Most of my supplies (bulk base liquids) came from Bulk Apothecary always a good price and top quality. Shipping can get quite expensive but my side business (now main) found ourselves in the area of their warehouse so we were able to arrange local pickup of 55g drums.

They also carry things like pumice, activated charcoal powder, ascorbic acid, essential oils, extracts, soap making supplies… all sorts of goodies.

my 55 gallon rez’s that I have now are all peg drums! they are the best for hydroponics. so easy to clean. no residue.

The same can not be said about VG drums lol. Sugary sticky shit that leaves a film. God forbid anyone ever spill any of that too, you’ll have people falling all over lol.

peg is hygroscopic so I imagine the majority of the additives would not contain any water.

i vape my nicotine solution between 3.6 and 5 percent, or 36 to 50mg per ml. is that abnormally high? the store i go to does a double take every time then they’re like “oh ya you’re probably the one that asked that before” as if i’m alone. i probably consume over 150mg of nicotine a day.

To be 100% blunt… Yeah that’s fuckin high. That’s like Chain smoking cigars all day lol.

In the many years and many faces I saw in my store, I only mixed that strong once or twice, both truckers just passing through. The highest strength that I normally sold was 2.4/24mg and even then most those people dropped down to 1.8/18mg fairly quick.

I’d honestly begin working yourself down unless you have some sort of valid reason for consuming that much nicotine.

I use .3/3mg and have for years now. I probably don’t even need it anymore, but just that little bit of nicotine keeps me from picking up a pack of smokes and calms my road rage lol.
