I’ve been wanting some good haze for a long time, which is why I went hard for your lot. I am searching for the old-school sativa highs of the 70s that I remember fondly. Only hazy strains I have now is some Ace Panama/Bangi Haze in week 7, a Piff Coast Midnight Mass right behind it, and some Relic Cough beans on deck, but I’ll probably run one of yours next. It will be indoor because I can’t risk outdoor in this felony state. Hopefully an 8 foor ceiling is tall enough if I train hard. What do you suggest I try first? The redline/NYC has me very intrigued.

I have taken the last 2 days to catch up on some stuff. My BOGBubble run was almost over before it really got started. Got me seedlings into seedling bags and on their first feed. Noticed stuff starting to deform after a couple days and wondered what was going on so I tried to calibrate my PH pen. It has 3 point calibration which calibrates to 4, 7 and 10.1. For some reason it would error out on 4 every time. Looks like the PH of the seedling first couple of feeds was way off. Apera recommends you change your probe ever 12 - 24 months and I have been using mine for 3 years now. Thankfully I purchased a PH60 which has a replicable probe so I bought a new probe and new calibration liquids as well as storage solution. Now I am calibrating perfectly and good for another couple years. After a few days of feeding the seedlings properly, it looks like I am back in business. Never turn away from the baby or they will drink the Drano, lol.

Your recommendation of this ph pen was the reason I now own one as well. :+1:t3: After running through several cheap pens that would drift after little use and fail to calibrate, I saw you talking about this one.
It’s just a great little meter! Thanks! Easy to calibrate, easy to clean and store, accurate and fast. Nice to hear some extendable milage may be available on the original probe as well.

I never thought much about the life expectancy but 12 - 24 months still seems pretty good. Especially when I got 3 years out of mine. Was only half the price to buy a new probe vs a new pen and it takes seconds to change. I love that pen but have learned my lesson and will calibrate the thing before using it next time. It had sat dormant for a couple months.

Of all meters I ended up falling in love with the HM Digital pH80 as another option in the meters pool. :+1:
