I got to get better at handling the stuff. Just getting it off the bags and onto parchment without too much loss is a challenge at this point. Hard to imagine using a zester to chop it up and freeze dry like @ReikoX does. But I’ve only made it with warm ambient temperatures. I bet it will be easier to handle with like a 50° air temperature instead of a 75 to 80° air temp.

Sorry, I nearly had a heart attack. Dropped to the ground and started crying. Wife rushed to my side asking what was wrong, if it was my back. I said “no honey, you remember that giveaway I told you about?” She said “the BBQ one?” I said “yeah, that one. I got the pack!” Her response “The Bubblegum?!!” And proceeded to hug the shit outta me. Omg, my face hurts from the smiling. You made my Independence Day!!!
