that’s just growing, has nothing to do with legalization of what grew.

My attitude towards legalization has changed drasticaly in the last 4 weeks. I think I liked it better when it was illegal. As long as the government was opposed to it, they could not f…k it up. Now they “have theyre dirty little fingers in everybodys pies.”

i’m with you on that. i got a license to grow hemp but they could decide that the shit i’m growing a field full of is now illegal and i lose everything. like it matters if the paper i make has a little thca in it, like someone will smoke enough of it to get high. anything going into fiber or textiles should be immediately exempt from testing. but that makes sense and the government is all about making dollars.

I really don’t understand all the pessimism here.

Legalization is a good thing!

It came about for the wrong monetary reasons and not for the well-being of the individual or the plant.
But what is changing for you overall?
If you have conservative neighbors, don’t put plants in the windows or in the garden.
As a grower I wouldn’t register in the clubs either, what for?
Don’t peddle the topic at work and you won’t be in danger.
On the contrary, just in case, you have 3 legal plants/person at home and you have a safe 50g that no one can take from you. And where should the government get involved?

It may be that the matter will be changed again in the next elections, but that won’t change anything for us.

Stay under the radar and enjoy yourself.

Relaxed sunday @all OGs.

Best wishes

(i know, that my line of thinking is not really popular …)
but basically they took all plants away, except three, lol.

and they raised the penalties for homegrows that they
will ACTIVELY start looking for now … congrats, haha.

Don’t forget the 50g allowance. No amount of thc is taken into consideration… 50g for a grower is like… Bullshit

yep, AND we are not allowed to make extracts = no medicine for my wife …

this “legalization” (aka. marketization):
sorry, but for actual patients this is just buuuuuuuuuuuuull

wait for big pharma to offer up RSO for 25-50€ / gram or so.
(my wife needs 1ml of rso everyday !!). this is a scam, guys.
they just going to for the money and try to fuck real growers
in the butts.

but i am happy for everyone that smokes 1 joint every weekend.
for those this will be heaven, lol …
but it might turn out to be hell for everyone else.

i have grown for a long time without being allowed ( → lol) or registered.
for me: this will stay like this, no need for extra eyes to come and check
if i am a “good boy” … (to them i might never be that anyhow, lol.)

Do you have some more Infos?

You and your wife can legally grow 6 plants.
Why you are not allowed to make RSO?

Who will look at your grow?

Don t understand.

I read it and i agree with you, they even call it RESTRICTED legalization, which is so typical for this day and age, twisting words so that the meaning becomes the opposite.

Restricted legalization is like restricted freedom, restricting it robs the word from its true meaning. Europe is becoming a communist state where they want to mold and control everybody into their twisted ideals, with Germany up front.

I take it like Santero, all the time it has been discussed: I don’t give a f***, for me nothing changes actually.

@santero @Hamme @mndlss . I agree completely. I have come to believe that legalization is just a way to register growers for future prosecution. If it is legal then it should be no regulation. Stay in the shadows and plant it everywhere you can.

i just compared the penalties from before with the ones in the future
that just made me think about “qui bono”, that’s all … i might be wrong.

my apologies, i wasn’t out to ruin anyone’s day
i just look at it very negatively, to not be surprised later on
and leave room to be happy, haha … don’t worry, mates.

( SOMEone has always to be the negative nelly, haha  )

I prefer the truth ruining my day over the lies about false legalization making me happy.

This is not surprising with such an immature legalization procedure

Sure things change… Do xou think that they can throw you in prison for 5 plants like before? Probably not.
I would say in 1-2 years they give a fuck because think about how many people smoke and now start growing… Think about the growshops existing in every bigget city, how many people are already growing.
Specialy outdoor in the country side.
At least a half of dozen times i found some plants in “regular” gardens.

Usually that’s my part lol
