Maybe more variety in envelope sizes and colors will help. Shitty suggestion, but having all of them bounce is rough.

I think putting the troll stickers on the inside will make them less susceptible to scrutiny and also lessening the number of cards in each batch

That is likely true. This one is just bad luck as I have been dropping batches of cards like this into the mail for years now with no issue. At least they were sent back to me so that’s a positive at least.

I normally use the box outside the post office but have been using the one outside the main hospital I work at. I will be spreading these out over the 3 mailboxes I know of. I can’t seem to find any others and the post office does not have any info posted on where boxes exist. They used to be on every corner. Now it’s like finding the last dodo.
