FYI they now use DRONES to cross the border it is the 2000s 
, all though I use mine to chase the cat 
and the dog 
when I am not firing rounds off at them with my nerf guns!

There is a big issue up here with people using them to smuggle drugs into prisons.
Where theirs a will theirs a way!
Mostly pot, tobacco and tools by drone

They have regular Joes walking around in disguise with cameras taking pics , and boat patrols every 15 mins plus cameras positioned every 1/4 mile here since 9/11 you missed your window unfortunately, @CanuckistanPete
