Basic dry it down to 58/60% put in a ziplock bag with just enough air to prevent the bag getting totally squished . Then put that bag in a vacuum seal bag , vacuum till it starts to compress seal and toss in the freezer . Not much to it leave it for min a month ,open and jar . It can actually be stored for several months to a year with no degradation I’ll usually give it a week jarred but can be smoked straight out of the freezer .
