I’ve never cared for turkey or ham. Lasagna has always been a “treat” - I love it, but it’s much heavier food than what I normally eat. So I look forward to it every year. Kinda like most poeple feel about turkey. I lived on the Central coast of California most of my life, and tamales are a huge tradition to many folks there.

Homemade lasagne are the best.

Do you drink some cianti with it ? There’s as an alchimy mixing both of them. And not with all red wines.
