I WILL SAY, if your in a light polluted area, whip out your phone , slap it in pro mode or night mode and take a long exposure. I got light pollution all around me But MY CAMERA SEES IT. IN GEORGIA

Fair enough. As strong as this is. Im hearing Floridans and people in Northern Mexico see it. So ANYONE with a decent enough camera and clear skies should see something.

Space weather history is being written today, this is ONLY the first CME. its already g5. U really could say nothing like this has happened in modern history… 2003 or 2019 maybe , but were those multiple CME events?

The next major Coronal Mass Ejection is expected to hit in about 25 minutes and should last a good while, so if you are up go outside and look north!

We drove out in the country a ways from town and toward the north were purple to green some blues then towards the south were deep reds. Never seen anything like this around here before. Between this and being directly in path of totality for the recent eclipse nature has sure been putting on a show.
