There are special cleaning chemicals for removing skuff from scissors and cutting tools after harvest available in growing supplies. If you don’t have that available, use this little trick.

  1. First step is to clean them with cooking oil - this will dissolve resin.

  2. Second step is to remove oil with any degreasing agent.

I’m using simply technical petrol and it’s great against resin.
