Hey all,
Buddy here from Canada and have never grown at all but my dumbass went setup a tent and already have my first 2 seeds growing something. I’ll be posting a journal, and hoping to learn something, because at this rate I’ll be killing everything i grow lol

Hey guys!
My name is Koby, I’m from Vancouver Island B.C.
I have been growing for roughly 30 years now. I first started when I was a teenager, growing outdoor to buy my snowboards, and season pass. Soon it took on a life of it’s own, and switched to full time, and indoors. Used to use Chemicals, and switched to organics about 20 years ago. I then took some time off, due to the then Prime Minister’s “tough on crime act” that would have seen someone like myself, do a two year min prison sentence for anything over four plants. Now we are legal, and I am able to grow my own medicine, I am back up and running. I look forward to conversing with many of you here, that are like minded, and knowledgeable. I have been doing this for a long time, but am still open to learning. There are a lot of new techniques being discovered and implemented, as well as products. So I never want to be closed minded to what others, and new products can offer me.
In closing, I will share one of the most prolific pieces of advice given to me in my life.
“Never be an old dog”, always keep an open mind.

So many varieties now, so many styles of growing.
From hyrdo to scrog. Though I stick mostly to coco mixes now.
