I have this light. Running at 100% gets a bit warm so I’d recommend 16" at 90% during flower. I cooked a plant in the summer running at 100% and 18" height.
I never broke 70% in veg @ 18" height. Everything else is pretty accurate.

Welcome to Overgrow @Feloguz. The best way I know is to hook up a kilowatt or similar device to show power draw. That way you know precisely what wattage you are pulling.

They gave you plenty of cord and converter is detachable from light !
