As someone who lived in CA for a lot of his term, including the last few years, I can tell you that didn’t happen here. DEA raids were so regular and frequent, you could set your watch to them. There weren’t many days where there wasn’t a report on the news about one. Believe it or not, there were less during Bush (the former addict) who you would think would be more against weed.
