Peroxide should be declared a controlled dangerous substance. It seeps in through the hair follicles and causes “Delusions of Grandeur “

If you can’t read it can’t tell ya. I can tell ya it’s included in the classified documents recently found located next to classic corvette in a locked garage. Apparently some believe these locks could not be compromised by foreign agents if they chose.
