Yes I realize you asked this a month ago but I know the answer to this and it’s not what you think. At around the 10 minute mark he talks about it and basically he used to smoke a lot but at least at the time of this he had stopped because of paranoia. Not sure if it’s changed but those clothes do seem like there needs to be a pharmaceutical explanation.

He gets way to high and almost taps out of the interview.
