I used to joke with one of my colleague’s that we were gonna change our company name from its currently hilarious name to DFSS Painting (Dumpster Fire Shit Show Painting) I got this thing in preparation for the change.
well, it’s called life and everybody dies, so…i’d say that would be a big fail for everybody. so far anyway.

I’d disagree. That’s not a fail unless you’re trying to be inhumanly perfect. If your personal goal is to live forever, though, I’m sorry to hear that. You are indeed going to fail.
it’s called life, not death. so death is a fail at life. you can disagree all you want but you’d be wrong and that;s also ok. if living is the goal, then death is not achieving that goal, aka a failure. nobody gets out alive.
