perhaps the username implied that? i was also not aware it was legal to mail pot in canada, i thought the finished product was also illegal to mail there. i guess i never really cared much since i don’t mail pot or live in canada. thanx for that info.
Yeah eh @potpotpot & @sfzombie13 .
The post office has “Smell proof” bubble mailers for sale so you can sent up to 30g of flower without stanking up a truck.
This being said in the Canadian Secret Santa this year someone got a box with the delivery person’s handwriting in sharpie: “STINKY BOX”
hehehhehe… stinky box…
i do recall a package coming to my house for a friend with a half oz of coke in it one time, and have seen some come in the mail for others that contained pot before. much better when it’s legal and you don’t have to worry about losing your shit or going to jail.
“Ossifer it’s baking soda. Import baking soda I swear!”
I mailed some to Doug one time that apparently wasn’t very covert.
I can tell you, first yes, illegal to ship weed in the US but as long as you did a good job(really good) containing the smell and aren’t shipping enough to get noticed, the post office doesn’t care. There aren’t any dogs just sniffing the conveyor, something has to stand out for whatever reason to get pulled and searched. Smell, damage, too much tape, and too much postage are all red flags.
Can it be done? Yes.
Should you? Eh, I won’t tell you to do something illegal, so if you decide to, that’s on you. Also if it’s small quantity they just “toss” it, and send you a letter saying they found contraband and destroyed it.
Poisoning your own drinking water for a green lawn has to be one of THE dumbest things man has ever done.
Oh yeah, don’t worry, just give us a little more time. I’m sure we can do better.
I heard something last week, that made me chuckle. And it was, smoking is good for the environment it kills humans.
Why do they call them “ apartments” when they are all stuck together ?
Outta likes.
I had a grower friend, he died several years ago, who regularly mailed a full 2ozs of pot via USPS and never got caught, and I’m confident he wouldn’t get caught today.
He bought himself a home caning device (think canned fruits and veggies you’d buy at a grocery store), by which I mean this thing was like a reverse can opener. He’d buy empty cans and tops from the company, fill a can and then put the top on. The pot was literally canned in the can. He’d thoroughly wash the outside of the cans once they were sealed. No odor escaped. It was really slick!
