If you dont have a commercial hemp license with proof that you are licensed to distribute that hemp, even seeds are illegal to send. Thatâs why they sieze them from us if they open our packages and find them, and the rules say that the findings may be used to create a case against you. Thatâs all. Oh yeah, and USPS is the US postal service⌠it 's rules only apply to mail traveling through the US, not any other country, as each country has its own laws.

I have had packages siezed and for a few months afterwards every box I received was opened/damaged in transit⌠which is why I donât use my return address any more. I have also had a buddy and his GF get busted for shipping buds between Cali and Arkansas⌠because the Arkansas USPS discovered one shipment which instigated an investigation and later charges⌠some states are super agro with their anti-weed campaigns
What punishment did they receive
My dude was sent to state pen here in California, and his GF in Arkansas got some hard time

The key is being wary when shipping to a state where cannabis is illegal, even if the state you send it from allows you to have it⌠because shipping over state lines becomes a federal issue and -like Tommy chong getting arrested for sending bongs from a legal to an illegal state â its not worth the penalty
