Think of the incremental value of each dollar in his situation. If he left a million $ on the curb he’d never even feel.it. When I lose $20 I can feel the impact.
The rich keep score by how much $ they have. Perhaps they should instead be put on a pedestal for how much taxes they pay contributing to society.
Nothing political here- this is a social issue that impacts is all.
