it’s at least a half load, which brings it right in line with the meme. depending on how fast the charging is it could easily get up to full load, although three hours charging says more like half load to me. i thought you were correct in your first statement until i thought about it for a second, then i found the estimate chart. i haven’t played with big generators since i left the military.
