interesting use of the word ‘net’ in that one. does that mean they have a gross number of millionaires emigrating? or was it meant to distinguish from the number per capita? it just sounds wrong to use it in this way.

I would have had to wait until I was 34 to get my first car. Nope. My first car was a white over black 1956 Oldsmobile Super 88 with three on the column. I “inherited” it from my mom when I was 16 in 1966. It was built like a tank.
The first accident I was in was in that car. A guy in a brand new Camaro blew through a stop sign and hit my passenger side rear quarter panel and bumper. According to his insurance company, his car was totaled. There clearly a scratch in my rear quarter panel. If you looked at the bumper, you couldn’t tell anything had hit it. Like a fucking tank!
