Haha I know the waiting sucks. Just a head’s up, the USPS sometimes gets backed up at certain hub areas. I was talking to one of the people working at my local post office and when I mentioned I had been waiting a very very long time for some letters to arrive, she replied with a hushed tone to ask if I knew whether they had been coming in from a specific area (meaning via that area hub). Unfortunately 
i do not remember exactly which hub she mentioned. It was somewhere between the Great Lakes region and Northeastern coast but right now I just can t recall for sure
