You could fit way more in the bags than how they are labeled. I assume the empty space allows for the gases to evenly vent from all the buds, so I never go above the stated weight in mine. If you put the buds in a little before they are at 62, you can burp them down to the level you want, then seal them up, and you shouldnt need any bovedas in there.

Other than that I keep the extras in the fridge and share whatever I have, so others can store some in a jar.
