Thanks for the chance @Rhai88 ! Iā€™ve got a couple of Blueberry Diesels about half way through flower and Iā€™m thinking my next grow needs something else of yours too. Good to see you back around

Bro is really isā€¦ I mean when I first set out to grab some property in the stix I only was thinking of an acre or two haha but this 10 jumped at me and Iā€™m glad it did. Now to transition my ladies into camping and living off grid is going to be a whole other ball game. haha

Thatā€™s awesome! IMO, real property is the only thing to go into debt for (if you have a mortgage). Big congratulations!

It was an investment for us but I completely agreeā€¦ now to eventually ditch this cookie cutter lifestyle so I can finally be an outdoor grower! Although I really do love growing indoors too haha

Dude! Congrats on the land! 10 acres is a great piece of property to work with, you can really do a lot with that. That is a dream of mine as well, to get some land in the mountains/boonies. Right on my friend :love_you_gesture:

Congratulations! Now you can make a basement on that land if you wish and keep cooler

Congrats on buying the land, I think it is a dream for most of us - what are you planning? Livestock, arable or a mix (and plenty of room for a few plants too ) Looking forward to seeing some pictures of your new space

The goal is to be completely independent from the matrixā€¦ lol

Livestockā€¦ gardenā€¦ you name it. Though I know the girls would be super thankful for some electricity and more than likely starlink. lmao

I just got my first house in January with a little over 5 acres and it took me around 2 months to realize I could follow an old dream of growing. Best purchase I have made in a long time. You can look into registering your property as a farm and it will open the door to quite a few opportunities with development. Getting away from that cookie cutter bullshit is good for the soul.

What specifically? Iā€™m very curious about that. I know each county is different as well as state by state. Iā€™m curious what benefits you have seen with this?

Cheaper property taxes here in CT is the main benefit we see here

Go to the Farm Service Agency and you should find the info you need there. I know here in MI they have different grants that pop up. I missed the cutoff in February but there was one that helped you to get a really nice greenhouse. You gotta do some digging, but itā€™s worth looking into.

Love that. Parts of my family have done that and own some large properties/farm and it will continue to get passed on.

Speaking on well water, I know itā€™s different everywhere, but my plants seem to love mine without me doing anything to it. I think Subcool used to use well water without phā€™ing it. Have you tried growing with yours at all?
