Thank you @Rhai88!!!
Great toss up, @Rhai88 ! Glad to hear you caught that complication in the wires before anything bad happened. Safety for the first few priorities, then teamwork! Hahah.
Glad that the reminder served ya well, @LzBoy . Been thinking about one of those Fire sentry Ball things. They hang in a space, then pop with flame retardant when exposed to extreme tempsā¦? Yeah, just not sure about the vertical clearance in my space. Being 6ā3 has itās problems.
Anyway! Good luck, wikiāers! Hope yāall catch some fire but not a fire
Stay up!

I use appliance rated extension cords, for dryers and washers, also used on generators. Also cut and add a GFCI plug on the end.
Thanks @Rhai88 for yet another GR8 giveaway and a chance for the BBD F2
Good luck everyone!
Crisis averted thank goodness. Man I have to throw my hat in here @Rhai88 thank you for a shot at these special gems.
Best of luck fellow OGārs
I did say Iād stay off the discord giveaways for awhileā¦ Glad this aināt discord
Good luck everyone
@Rhai88 you are the best for doing thisā¦
Your sharing, caring, hard work and dedication do not go unoticed:)
Good luck everyone!
Jeeeezusā¦thankfully you avoided what could have been a total catastrophe. Good on you, and a valid lesson to us all, to check on your electrical. Not to be taken lightly. Glad to hear you caught it before anything bad happened. You run a very detailed and meticulous grow, so it doesnāt surprise me you caught it when you did. But there might be some good karma in play there as wellā¦what goes around comes around.
Luckily you caught it in time before anything happened. That couldāve beenā¦scary, to say the least. Glad you were given a warning and alerted
to the issue by the cable falling.
Thanks for the chance for some of the Blueberry Diesel f2s, these have eluded me thus far.
Not too long ago I was talking with someone about hazards in the grow space and whatnot because they had most of their wires, surge protectors, and extension cords on the floor of their tent right near all the plantsā¦while they water pretty much reaching overtop of them.
Had to point out that if a drop of water or if the pots/saucers overflowed near the outletsā¦ that couldāve resulted in a āshocking discoveryā
I told Rena luckiest thing to have happend was the cable coming loose from the ceiling otherwise I wouldnāt have checked it. I just a touch of the OCD so I couldnāt leave it. Glad I didnāt. lol
Yes everyone learn from meā¦
Check all your ratings of your cables!
GFCIāS are a GR8 addition to all grows and will keep you safe as the are always working!
I have a cheap temperature gun that I use to test my leaf temp. At least once a month Iāll point and shoot temps on all of my wiring and cords and connectors and look for anything that seems out of the ordinary. Sure glad you caught your issue
Thanks again for another good one
Thatās a freekin great idea. Thank you
Howdy @Rhai88, since you mentioned running an extension cord I wanted to also mention that the length of distance the cord is running should also be factored into the equation when choosing appropriately sized wire due to potential voltage drop. Hope all is well. Much love
You really only have to worry about voltage drop over 100ā.
Congrats to @I.am.human
Please send me your details to collect your Blueberry Diesel F2ās
Congratulations! ! ! @I.am.human
Congrats @I.am.human Enjoy !
@I.am.human . congratulations with the beans pickup
