It’s a baby shark, you see a lot of mutated sea life around Japan from all the radiation pollution that is still pouring into that Pacific Ocean every day.
Could develop into a new species the Cyclops Shark lol.

Correlation does not equate to causation.
Look at MJ - were the mutations that resulted in the strains we know today - caused by nuclear isotopes or normal mutagenic processes?
And that pictures been floating around on the internet since the 90s so it’s got nothing to do with fukushima.
