Saying Merry Christmas is inclusive, that’s why most say it, to include the person they are saying it too. This happy holidays stuff makes no sense, most are not on holidays. I am not Jewish but if someone wishes me a Happy Hanukkah I say thank you and appreciate them including me in their celebration.
