They are also great tasting out of fresh water. They are one of my favorite fish to eat, that I can catch myself. Ministry stocks them in the lakes around my hometown.

Good morning guys! Got some shit news the night before last, well REAL early in the morning actually. Lost my aunt suddenly, another good one gone. She was an amazing woman. All is well, just took the day yesterday to spend with family, reminiscing etc.
