@Foreigner , My work co-presented Reid Diamonds super8mm films as part of a festival with Don Rooke and Paul Pasmore performing live as we projected the work.
Reid shot the S8 opening of “The Kids in the Hall” and was always using a S8 camera when they were going about doing their thing.
Great people, was such a magic moment and not a dry eye in the house.
Very cool that sequence is an important part of my youth.
One of my favourite songs of all time. Of any genre , just goes along with hundreds of epic memories!Still to this day for some reason it lifts my spirits EVERYTIME.
Outta likes, but I totally agree - a great song!
Love this track too, I played this song and video for my sons when they were younger to teach them some respect for ANYONE no matter what shoes they may be in at the time.
Glad to hear others feel the same about Mr.Jones
@mota
I generally prefer more upbeat, often “happy” songs, sometimes with funny or clever lyrics. This song fits the bill perfectly for me.
This is not a song for those who hate bagpipes.
This is a beautiful fiddle song. Be prepared to dance! HA!
