Guerrilla Espaňola 2016 - Medical Cream

Hi growers :stuck_out_tongue:

I wanna to show you some of my girls planted on the north of Spain.

Girls were germinated on the end of April in the cups with water, then moved to the pots with soil and planted during the last week of June (pretty late).
They got the basic recommended nutritions during whole vegetation period and I started to use Atami Bloom-C (0-17-15) nutritions just today.

Plants are situated at three different locations, there are 7 plants in total, one of the male plant was removed out in August.

Genetic…oups! So, I got most of the plants from my friend - long story - and they got mixed, mean that I have no idea about the exact gens for each plant (we are looking at: Gorilla Glue #4 x Chemdog Ibl; Leerog OG x Face Off OG Bx2; Gorilla Glue #4 x (East Coast Sour Diesel x Chemdog Ibl) and the last one about which I am sure are two girls from clones called: Girl Scout Cookies Platinum)…

This one seems such a genetic with potential part of OG gens…

It is more shady place, let’s see how it will goes during the rainy autumn…

This girl is also from the mixed seeds:

The last one (third) location. This one has a bit more sun, then the second one, it’s kind of forest with high canopy around. For my purpose it’s good enough, bcs most of the harvest will be used for a medical creams!

Third location - Other Girls Scout Cookies Platinum:

Hi mate!
At first I have to say that the plants looks awesome! Love it!

I would say the third plant is Leeroy OG x Face Off OG bx2 and the last one from seeds is Gorilla Glue #4 x Chemdog Ibl or Gorilla Glue #4 x (East Coast Sour Diesel x Chemdog Ibl). I am afraid I will not be able to determine those 2…
Whatever I am buying the flying tickets today, can’t wait to see those plants on my own eyes.

We are doing some more pollen chucking now. We are reversing Forum cut and GG#4 plus I am hitting all ours cuts with DJ’s Blueberry male selected from 40 plants. You will have some more diversity next year  !

Smelly man, love to see you here  You are that responsible person for all this stuff, perfect that you are able to recognize some of the plants, finally are your daughters.
So, see you soon here and don’t forget the scissors with you! I have to check the girls, bcs of the possible mould.
Btw great news about your new project, let’s see if I will be able to find more and safe places for your genetic…

Hi growers, we are in the first half of October, how is the stuff going? Weather isn’t that bad, just a bit rainy and most of the days are sunny, sometimes half cloudy - girls are without any water, or nutritions, just a rain and flush. Anyway the air humidity is quiet high as a volume of the top buds, it makes together will less resistance of some varieties bit problem. So I am passing the places with scissors and cutting out the rotten parts of flowers, also cutting down some tops, which may be affected by mould. I am so happy for that fact nobody stole nothing since the beginning and I am looking forward to cut down all of the plants

Let’s have a look at the first guerrilla and first lady from the mixed seeds with the t-shirt behind the bud for to make better contrast:

Second lady from mixed seeds: which stems broke down under the heaviness of whole flowers and humidity, it cause the high amount of rotten buds:

Leeroy OG x Face Off OG bx2 with a high potential of trichomes

The last one at the first place is Girl Scout Cookies Platinum with a bit rotten top of the bud:

Second guerrilla and the only lady from the mixed seeds there, lower blooming potential could be based on the theory about the investment of the energy into the seed making!?

Third guerrilla and suppose to be Gorilla Glue #4 x Chemdog Ibl or Gorilla Glue #4 x (East Coast Sour Diesel x Chemdog Ibl), as @Mightyka mentioned in the post above:

Last lady from the third place - Girl Scout Cookies Platinum:

I am so sorry for that amount of photos uploaded, but I think that is nice stuff to see
I wanna to cut down most of the stuff till two weeks - max.
Have a good light, no rotten buds and harvest without thieves :sunglasses:

Looks like the weather is Spain is really merciful  You are very lucky to have possibility to grow there! Especially first lady looks very frosty…

Yes it is better to sacrifice some tops and save the rest of the plants… I wish you luck so they can bloom till half of October!

btw. Sometimes it is fine to plant late so that they remain short and unseen to unwanted eyes :spy:

And please don’t apologize we love pot-porn :)) and lot of it

Thank you man! Coming days are bit rainy, so I crossed all the places and trim a bit whole plants, for that its canopy isn’t so dense for better air flow and against to possible mold. Our one room is fully occupied for drying and the dehumidifier is necessary! There is stuff still remaining outside, so let’s have a look how the rainy weather will threat them :stuck_out_tongue: I am going to upload just short overview with few photos…

I am looking forward for a preparation of medical creams :four_leaf_clover:

Have a good growing time everyone!

Buenos días…

…so, what is the main reason for all this fun? Medical creams! :ambulance:

Firstly and what is important - I am just following the recipe of Bushka, here is the link:

Auntie Bushka’s Homemade Hemp Salve

That I am adding Calendula Officinalis and Aloe Vera (read about the beneficial effects of those herbs before) is the only difference between my way of preparation and the original one of her, I am going to mention just those important steps all over the preparation also with photos. Let’s have a look:

  1. Start to slowly melt the half part from whole amount of white medical vaseline (0.5 Kg melted in my case = ‘‘one part’’; available in the pharmacy ) in a cooking pot of proper size (continue reading for idea of cooked amount), when is all the vaseline melted - mix it with marihuana (0.5 liter of small buds from down part of the plants + leafs from trimming, all that roughly cut with scissors).
The moment for !frying on low temperature! is here. This is the part when you have to keep attention for proper temperature, whole time mixing all that stuff for 20 minutes. Small bubbles and kind of foam on the top is a good sign. Right time for adding Calendula Officinalis ( 60 grams, dry and shredded) came for last 3 minutes of frying. Don’t cross over the burning temperature of THC and all Cannabinoids is very important (You may also read about the decarboxylation, just to be informed)!
Just let decrease the temperature of whole product and mix it with water then ( 8 parts of water => 1 part = 0.5 Kg of vaseline - mentioned above). Cooking for 1.5 hour is the last cooking part for today, don’t forget to keep attention on it and mix it all properly. Let the temperature decrease again and put it all covered into the fridge for 8 hours (night).

0.5 liter of marihuana added into the melted 0.5 Kg of white medical vaseline:

Calendula Officinalis added (60 grams):

Full pot with 0.5 Kg of medical vaseline, 0.5 liter of marihuana and 60 grams of Calendula O. mixed with water after 1.5 hour of cooking:

  1. Take out the pot from the fridge and separate the vaseline from it, it is kind of one solid stiff peace with marihuana and Caendula O. in it, the rest is dirty water with rest of herbs inside the cooking pot. Press out all the water from your product into the cooking pot and cram it into the other accurate pot (better wider). Filtrate the rest of stuff from your cooking pot through the kitchen colander, mix that caught rests of vaseline and herbs with your product. There is no more use for all that left over water, just throw it out (THC and Cannabinoids are bounded on the grass, or alcohol). Loosely cover (air flow) your first form of cream inside the wider pot and stock it at the dark place (with room temperature in my case) for 2-3 weeks! It is an fermentation time, you are waiting for kind of mold on the surface of your cream, then you got it we will continue…

Next day, out of the fridge - product separation:

Time to press out the rest of water from it:

Colander used for filtration of water with main cooking pot:

First form of cream, ready to be stocked for 2-3 weeks and the fermentation:

See you soon, we will continue with more cooking, when the mold will appear  Time to get Aloe Vera plant, or separated oil of it :stuck_out_tongue: Thank you for reading guys, have a healthy and creamy hands

Hi, someone getting mold on it? Look at this picture:

Can you see that small white spots of mold on the surface? It will be second week tomorrow since it was stocked at the dark place. I will wait one week more and then we will continue with next process of preparation. Stay tune growers

Hi guys, let’s see next steps of medical cream preparation…

Since you got a mold on the surface of your cream stocked in the dark place with room temperature, you have to melt it in the same pot again, it is so important to do it slowly, don’t heat it quickly and keep it on low heat!

Let’s melt another half of medical vaseline, which you kept from the beginning on the other hotplate also on low heat, you should choose a bigger pot, because then you will mix both together. Once you melt it all (see pic. n.1), mix it with another same amount of weed (0.5 liter, cutted trimmed leafs and small buds) as before and also with Marigold (60 grams, Calendula officinalis, see pic. n.2):

Picture n.1 (left) - smaller pot above is from the first half of cream, which got a mold and it is melted again. Bigger pot below is other half of melted cream:

Picture n.2 (right) - bigger pot with melted cream, which is mixed with another same amount of weed (0.5 l) and Marigold (60 grams):

Then just mix both pots together into the bigger one and heat it slowly till you will get a foam on the top, you have to keep attention on it and mix it sometimes (see pic. n. 3):

Picture n. 3 - both pots mixed together with bit of foam on the surface of your cream:

This is the moment for to prepare three one liter jar glasses (in my case, it depends on the prepared amount) and instant pot with separated bottom of proper size. Just fill those glasses from your bigger pot with your cream, then fill your instant pot with water (see pic. n 4), heat it again and cook it slowly one hour more till, you will get the foam on the surface again.

Picture n. 4 - jar glasses filled by your cream and fitted inside the instant pot with water, ready for last cooking today:

Then just let down the temperature, close your jar glasses with cream and stock them in the dark place again for one week.

I’ll post up last steps of preparation later, you will basically repeat cooking in the instant pot two times more and then filtrate it and fill it into the final sterile pots.

Have a good cooking time growers! See you
