That Triple Sunshine (TK x SSDD) or failing that, just SSDD. It’s the only bodhi strain I’ve kept around out of the one’s I’ve grown so far.

I really loved the blood orange, for its electric sativa type high with a bit of body… flavor/yield was nice also but have to pheno hunt a bit…probably get into some f2 next year…

just caught up, i think i saw a handful of posts back a discussion about the 88ghp and og x 88ghp types… i personally have grown a few, i recall lazy lightning, black triangle, and time bandit, might try the imperial majesty soon based on the minitiger reviews. The LL and BT i had both seemed to favor the ghp, as did most of the time bandit phenos. The ghp leaning time bandit phenos had one extremely early phenotype which was just huge chunky awesome sticky buds. One pheno of time bandit i have found cures after a month or so into an awesome OG flavor. Ive never experienced a plant quite like it, but it really does need a month for the flavor to show up, prior to that month or so of drying it smokes with little to no fuel flavor, mostly just earthy hashy smoke. Just an odd observation. Be well yall.

Does anyone know what the backstory is on the Bodhi Royal Kush cross- is that a cut of Royal Kush from Emerald Mountain lineage? Grew it out - love it - doing a nice F2 pollination with a male and two females right now- so would be good to know more!

Will do- just tried yesterday- very impressed. Need to dwell with it a bit more. Curious about the lineage of this Royal Kush. My first try was an absolute classic effect- forgot where I was along a trail I walk most every day, felt great, inspiring thoughts and good energy. But as far as terps- need the cure to marinate a bit more. Very 90’s!

Knowing Bodhi (relatively speaking; I do not actually know Bodhi haha), I’d imagine that the Royal he used was one of the ones selected by Mandelbrot before he died. Pretty sure the latest in that line selected by him was the f8; anything after that are selections made by his brother, aka Emerald Mountain, basically.
Or maybe Bodhi used one of the Royals from the Aficionado line, I dunno haha! Bodhi’s pretty good about sourcing his genetics, though, so I’d think the Royal he used was one of the earlier generations.
In other words… I have no idea haha.

Not very strong at all, hardly any aroma. Maybe slight sweet carrots. Zero stickiness also.
The tall lav jack is the strongest Jack cross going at the moment and the most interesting to me. Will try to get a description of the smells later but I’m not very good at that. I think it’s a jack smell but not ultra confident.

Should probably be restated that they are very rootbound and underfed. The tall one is over 3’ tall in a 1 GAL pot.

They all look great to me, I’m jealous . My jack has a background skunkiness, the foreground is a earthy chocolate with what I like to imagine is a doctors antiseptic or cleaner.
The background flavor is spicy and almost minty, with a nice earthy things going on.

Welp, popped 6 bodhi seeds and they’re all female 
3 snugglefunk, 2 ssdd F2’s and 1 lavender Jack.
They’re not very happy since I’ve been too depressed to give them the proper attention but they’re still doing their thing. Went ahead and flipped to 12/12 to hopefully minimize required watering and for space reasons. No cuts taken. All were topped at some point.
